Introduction to Kargone's Platform
Welcome to Kargone, a web-based service that connects private automobile sellers with automobile dealerships, streamlining the process of vehicle sales. Our platform acts as a mediator, enabling seamless transactions between dealers and sellers, enhancing the overall efficiency of vehicle sales. It's important to clarify that Kargone's role is that of an intermediary, and we are not directly involved in transactions between dealers and sellers on our platform. Our primary objective is to facilitate the connection between these two parties. Please note that we are NOT an “AUCTION” platform.
Seller - Supplied Information
It's essential to understand that all information regarding each specific vehicle listed for sale on our platform is provided exclusively by the respective seller. Sellers are responsible for furnishing accurate details about the vehicle's specifications, condition, and other pertinent factors. Importantly, the terms of sale, including the price and any additional conditions, are subject to direct negotiation between the dealer and the seller. It's worth noting that Kargone does not verify the accuracy of information provided by sellers, nor do we offer warranties or guarantees regarding the vehicles listed. Furthermore, Kargone does not guarantee payment between dealers and sellers.
Flexibility in Terms and Platform Changes
Please be aware that we retain the right to amend or revise the terms governing the use of our platform at any time. By continuing to access and utilize our platform following any such changes, you indicate your acceptance of the updated terms. Additionally, we have the prerogative to modify the format and content of our platform periodically. We may also choose to restrict, suspend, or discontinue specific features or the entirety of our platform, all of which are executed at our sole discretion.
User Responsibilities and Ethical Interaction
We emphasize the importance of providing accurate information and treating other users of Kargone's platform with fairness, respect, and integrity. While Kargone does not actively monitor transactions between sellers and registered dealers, we expect sellers to assume full responsibility for their interactions with registered dealers. In cases where issues arise with a registered dealer, we recommend seeking guidance from your own advisors on how best to proceed.
Vehicle Misrepresentation or Concealment of Information:
At Kargone.com, we are committed to creating a transparent and trustworthy environment for both car sellers and dealers. To protect all parties involved, if a seller misrepresents a vehicle's condition or intentionally conceals important information—such as previous accidents, technical issues, or other defects—when listing a vehicle, and such misrepresentation is identified by a dealer during inspection, the seller will be flagged as a non-genuine user. As a result, the seller will be ineligible for any offers from dealers, and any offers made by dealers for any of the seller's vehicles will be considered void to protect dealers from potential damages.
For example, if a vehicle is initially listed with incomplete or inaccurate information about damages, and a dealer discovers undisclosed issues during inspection, the seller will not be permitted to relist the same vehicle with updated information or list any other vehicles on the platform.
In addition, the seller will not be eligible to claim any offers or promotions currently available on Kargone.com. This policy ensures transparency and fairness, protecting both sellers and dealers and fostering a reliable marketplace for everyone.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Kargone does not provide any assurance regarding the accuracy of information related to vehicles listed by sellers on our platform. It is the sole responsibility of dealers to conduct thorough investigations of vehicles facilitated by Kargone. Additionally, the viewpoints expressed by employees and hosts of the site should not be interpreted as official statements from Kargone.
We want to stress that we do not guarantee the absence of viruses or any other potentially harmful elements within the site's content or services. It is your obligation to implement appropriate security measures, including anti-virus software, to ensure the safety and reliability of your interactions with the site, its services, and its content.
Amendments
The Company holds the authority to make alterations to the content and Services available on the Site without prior notice. Furthermore, the Company retains the right to modify, update, append, or remove sections of these Terms. Such changes will become effective once they are published on this Site. Should you choose to continue utilizing this Site subsequent to the Company's revisions to the Terms, you are thereby indicating your acceptance of the updated Terms. Conversely, if you find yourself in disagreement with any of the revised Terms, it is of utmost importance that you cease using the Site.
Usage Eligibility

Subject to the terms stated here and your compliance with these Terms, the Company hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license. This license permits you to use and display the Materials solely for your personal use of the Site. This license is distinct, and you have no other rights concerning the Site or Materials. Importantly, you are not authorized to modify, copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or exploit the Site or Materials in any way.
Should you breach any of these Terms, the license granted to you automatically terminates.
Company's Content and Materials
The Company offers Mobile Applications to facilitate access to the Site via mobile devices. In order to utilize the Mobile Application, you must possess a compatible mobile device. However, the Company does not warrant compatibility with your specific device. By accepting these Terms, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license. This license allows you to use the object code version of the Mobile Application. This usage is intended solely for one registered account on a mobile device that you own or lease, and strictly for personal use. There are certain actions that are prohibited, including but not limited to modifying, disassembling, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the Mobile Application. Reselling, distributing, sublicensing, or transferring the Mobile Application to any third party, as well as making copies of the Mobile Application, are not allowed. Additionally, any interference with security-related features of the Mobile Application, removal of copyright and proprietary rights notices, or engaging in actions that violate security or usage limitations are strictly prohibited.
It's also noted that the Company may issue upgraded versions of the Mobile Application periodically. Furthermore, you consent to automatic electronic upgrades of the Mobile Application on your mobile device. These Terms will apply to all such upgrades. It is important to emphasize that the license granted for the Mobile Application does not imply a sale of the Mobile Application or any copy thereof. The Company and its third-party licensors or suppliers retain full rights to the Mobile Application. Please be aware that using the Mobile Application may result in standard carrier data charges.
Apple iOS-Powered Devices
If the Mobile Application is specifically designed for use on an Apple iOS-powered device, specific terms and conditions apply:
These Terms solely govern your relationship with the Company, not Apple Inc. Your use of Company's iOS App must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
It is important to understand that Company, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the iOS App and the Services and Materials available through it.
You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services with respect to the iOS App. Furthermore, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with regard to the iOS App.
You agree that any claims arising from your use of the iOS App or any third-party claims relating to your possession and use of the iOS App will be the responsibility of the Company, not Apple. You also agree that Company, and not Apple, shall be responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the iOS App, including intellectual property infringement claims.
Android-Powered Devices
If the Mobile Application is designed for use on an Android-powered device, specific terms apply:
These Terms are solely between you and Company, and not Google Inc.
Your use of Company's Android App must comply with Google's Google Play Terms of Service. While Google is the provider of Google Play where you obtained the Android App, Company is solely responsible for its Android App and the Services and Materials available through it. Google has no obligation or liability to you regarding Company's Android App or these Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that Google is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms as they relate to Company's Android App.
Registration
In order to access the Site, you are required to register an account with the Company. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password information ("Access Credentials"). All activities carried out using your Access Credentials are your responsibility. It is strictly prohibited to share, permit access to, or otherwise compromise the security of your Access Credentials. In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your Access Credentials, you must promptly notify the Company. It is important to note that any information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you wish to modify, correct, or remove specific information from your account, you may do so by directly accessing your account settings and making the necessary changes.
